Eiffel Tower Tops are made in France and look just like the Eiffel Tower. They're secured to a base which allows them to spin. The spire of the tower is the stem of the top. There is a spiral design under the tower in one of three colors: red, green, and blue. Height = 2 inches (51 mm), Base Diameter = 1 7/8 inches (48 mm).
